When it comes to putting out the actual fires, we are working with CMG Management for an improved system with different forms of fighting fires, for example, using foam for electrical fires etc. At present, this is not possible which does make tackling fires extremely simple. We do not use water monitors or supply lines as they are very buggy and can cause issues for other players. This is also being looked into by developers.

Getting the Water

In the meantime, putting out a fire is relatively simple. Within your LFB menu which is bound to your U key, if you go to "WATER" and then "GET FIRE HOSE"

If you then equip it via your weapon wheel, the fire hose will come out similarly to how a weapon would. The below image will show how much water you have at any given time. When it gets to 0, walk near the fire engine and it will automatically refill. You do need to aim the hose for the supply line percentage of water you currently have to appear and then sometimes you have to try and shoot the water for it to open and fill.

From there, you can aim and shoot water on the base and center of the fire.
