Command Structure
LFB is a ranked organisation, meaning that you will be assigned a rank dependent on your experience, and you will be able to progress through the ranks as you gain experience. All LFB members start as a Trainee Firefighter, and can progress through the ranks as they gain experience. Below is a breakdown of the command structure and ranking system.
Chief Fire Command
Chief Fire Command are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upholding the standards of the London Fire Brigade. They handle complaints within the LFB, as well as LOA requests and supporting each divisional command member in the ongoing growth of their division.

Sector Command
Sector Command members are Divisional Officers who are deputies of divisions responsible for supporting the overall running of the London Fire Brigade, with particular focus on the divisions they are involved in. Sector Command members are paid £70,000.
